Our story

It started in a restaurant

B3 started life as the UK's first cashless, fully digital restaurant, back in 2014, long before it was normal. Our founders, Kyriacos Constantinou and Angelos Ioannou, spent years in the kitchen serving busy London City workers, and even more time trying to patch together tech that did not talk to each other.

Our Mission is to improve the way the world eats and drinks through transformational technology

B3 started life as the UK’s first cashless, fully digital restaurant. That might not seem unusual in a post-COVID world, but back in 2014 it was pretty revolutionary!

Dreamt up and opened by our founders, Kyriacos Constantinou & Angelos Ioannou, teamed up with restaurants serving hungy London City workers for years specialising in fully customisable meals. This gave Kyriacos and Angelos the sort of insight into running a restaurant you only get by standing in the kitchen.

The pair spent a lot of time lamenting the lack of proper tech solutions for restaurant problems, and even more time trying to patch together existing products. 

We used this restaurants as live R&D centres to test, refine, and perfect our tech before launching it to other operators. And we haven’t stopped growing since!
